PENSACOLA, FL -- Three of the principles rivers of revival stood on a stage before the world in Penscola to call for the healing of the nations. It was simple as each one of the women that stood together. Carol Arnott, Lois Gott and Brenda Kilpatrick held each other up and called for that healing. It was the last day of the Arise Deborah Conference in Pensacola, Florida at the Brownsville Assembly of God.
Carol Arnott delivered a message
that touched the 4,000 women that
had
gathered. In the main sanctuary 2,000 listened and in the new
Family Life Center 2,000 more were on hand. Carol Arnott spoke
about two of the prophetic dreams that she had during the move of
God at her church. She spoke of the hard times that she had had
as a single parent and how her husband John and her were united
in marriage. Now they stand together to bring healing to the
broken hearted. Her message was an encouragement to those who
were there. At the end she called for repentance and gave a
prophetic message. Her message was for the unity of the church.
Her call to the women was to take one step forward to put aside
the sin in their lives.
It was a very powerful time of
ministry at the end as Carol Arnott moved into the great assembly
laying hands on all those that came forward. Her message was
profound and timely.

PENSACOLA, FL -- Lila Terhune opened the first night at the Arise Deborah Womens Conference as more than 5,000 people swelled the Brownsville Revival on Sunday morning for service. Women are an emerging force in the this move of God and the strength of what they are doing is showing in the numbers that are having an influence on the whole move of God.
On Monday Brenda Kilpatrick dressed in beautiful black dress sat on stage as the worship team lead more than 2,000 women in the main sanctuary while the overflow filled the new building to capacity. It was a time for worship and a time of reflection. Last year the Arise Deborah Conference was a life blood to the revival as many came forward to be touched by the Spirit of God.
VARLE ROLLINS
On Monday morning the theme was Dont
Look Back as the black speaker Varle Rollins
addressed the large assembly of women. Rollins a native of
Baltimore, Maryland used the scriptures in Genesis that spoke
about Lott's wife when she looked back. She spoke about people
that have been in revival and the ones that are looking back
right now. She said that God was going to turn our head around to
show us what he is doing. Rollins said, "I know
how to
take and offering, I know how to preach a sermon, I know how to
do an altar call but the difference in revival and the same old
routine is to listen to the voice of God, God might want to do it
differently. God might want to show us a new way." Rollins
said that when a person looks around they become hardened,
hindered and hidden. Things are not the same, when Lott's wife
turned around to look back she became hardened and her children
never knew her as mother any more. God doesn't want his people
looking back.
Once again as it was said in other women's conferences this year, God is doing a new thing, and He is shaking people right now. The familiar call was to be aware and not to look back. Pearl exhorted the women in the morning session as the women rose to their feet to shout and to praise God for the word that was being brought forth.
DIANNE SLOAN
Dianne Sloan gave the afternoon
message as the service began at 2:30 PM. The worship once again
filled the sanctuary as Dianne Sloan got up from her seat to join
in on the last verses the song by singing, "We need your
rain." Her voice boomed loud and clear as she launched into
her
message for the day. Sloan in her
unusual delivery used props and animation to bring her point
across. Her focus during her sermon was not to rely on the past
but to focus on God and His divine provision. She spoke about the
Prophet Elijahs ability to hear from God. As she spoke she said
that when the river dried up and the birds could no longer feed
him that he had to find a better way.
Sloan got Brenda Kilpatrick up to carry water bottles across the stage to illustrate her point. The point was being made of when the stream is dried up, it is dried up. She said your not suppose to look to the substance and keep trying to make a dry stream wet but your suppose to be able to hear from God when you are at the end of your rope. God very often has a new way to go but people tend to stay in the place where God once was until it is dried up. She said over and over again that what is provided for you is not to be worshipped but the provider is to be worshiped. God is the ultimate source and when the prophet found out that the stream didn't run any more and the birds would not provide meat, he immediately began to seek God for what to do next.
Sloan in her unusual way got her point across as the women laughed and found great joy in what she was illustrating. While Sloan's delivery was different and unusual it got a serious point across about the move of God. The points were made about churches that never change and die. Sloan gave hope to the women by telling them that he is a God of change and that he is the ultimate provision for ministry. She spoke about the prophetic words that were spoken over her that she would travel the world in evangelism. She said when the word is given, it is very often glorious when spoken but the fulfillment of that word would take her to different parts of the world to put her in lonely hotel rooms. Very often the travel includes strange food and not so glorious situations. Sloan finished as Brenda closed the meeting for that afternoon.
MONDAY EVENING EXPLODES
During the worship service on Monday night the glory hit the platform as two of the worship leaders were struck by the glory and spun like tops in the Holy Ghost. It was during this time that the power of God was released in full force The service ended at 11:30 last night. Hundreds of women came forth for prayer as the meeting went late into the night.
Shirley
Arnold gave her message tonight and it was powerf
ul but the move of God was in the
worship service and in prayer time. The women who came to these
services came expecting and looking for God to do something. God
surely showed His face during the meeting on Monday night.
Hundreds of people were outside after the meeting waiting for busses, some had to be dragged through the doors and left on the steps because the church ran out of wheel chairs. To one observer, it was like the first week of revival as the glory touched everyone that was in the church. The awesome power of the Holy Ghost hit the ladies on Monday night during the worship time and during the prayer time.
