Teenager Is Revived After Hanging Himself To Death

LOVELAND, OHIO -- Josie Rataiczak is a registered nurse that came to hear Rodney Howard-Browne at the Heritage Fellowship in Florence, Kentucky last Summer. When she was prayed for by Rodney she collapsed to the ground under the power of God. A strange things started happening as she began to suck in air. Josie thought that it was kind of odd that she would suck air but God began to speak to her that it was for His glory.

That was on Saturday and the next day Josie found herself with her husband Barry at the church they pastor in Loveland, Ohio. The service had ended and someone came into the church in a frantic manner through the back of the church saying a young man had hanged himself near the church and they needed their help.

Josie being a nurse ran quickly to the sight of the hanging. When they got there men were tearing down a fence so they could get to the boy suspended in mid air with electrical wire around his neck. Finally the men got to the boy and lowered him down. Josie moved into to give him CPR. "I didn’t think he had a chance because the wire had been embedded into his neck and they had to peal it loose once they got him down. I started normal CPR but nothing was happening at first, by then the gastric juices had entered his mouth. In these cases it usually means that the person is dead and you won’t bring them back. Then the Lord spoke to me to blow into his mouth -- I knew he was dead and I was open to anything at this time. All of a sudden the boy opened his eyes and began to breath on his own. Many who were there said that he had been hanging suspended off the ground for more than twenty minutes. God has his hand on me and he had his hand on that young man. It was a thrill to see him come back to life right in front of my eyes, but it was done to give God the glory.
