Churches That Are In Revival

MOBILE, AL -- It's early morning ![]() here and the
Pensacola News-Journal is about to print one of the most important
Remnants that has ever been printed. We had heard so much
about Prophet T.B. Joshua and his church. At first we read the
accounts of the church and how much wrong was  being
done there. False documentation of healings. Then we
heard about the tremendous move of God that was there as men
of God came home excited about the work. What is one to
believe? We decided to go and get the full story. We
were amazed at the Synagogue Church and what God is doing there.
As I sat in a room with 60 people who had documentation of the truth
we began to understand what was going on here. When you have
something that nobody else has then it will cause controversy and
lies. We spent six days at the church and saw the glory of
God. What the men of God have witnessed was true and what we
have read about this place is far from the truth. Our
newspaper this time is a documentation of the work at the Synagogue
Church and Prophet T.B. Joshua.
TRUE JOURNALISM GOES TO THE SOURCE IN
QUESTION AND THEN WRITES THE STORY
In my journalism classes
at the University of Alabama and on the three daily newspapers I
worked on -- my professors and my editors would always back the eye
witness story. We were taught always to never rely on a second hand
witness when it comes to a man's character. If you want to get the
full story of an individual, go there, meet with the person and if
what is being said about him lines up with what you have heard, then
we will back your story when you write it. My editors would never
back a story up from a second hand witness. These are the true
journalistic ethics of journalism, anything that can't be
substantiated by the truth should never be written. In the
case of Prophet T.B. Joshua we have found a great wrong has
been done to this man's character. He is a type of Jesus and
if you want to know why he is so controversial then go to your Bible
and read the Gospel of John.
AMERICA IS HAVING MIRACLE
SERVICES WITHOUT THE MIRACLES WHILE IN AFRICA GOD IS SHOWING UP
In a day when
the American Churches are having miracles services without the
miracles, T.B. Joshua is having miracles in miracle services in
Lagos, Nigeria, Africa and he has not asked the established church
there for permission to have them. He is under no religious
authority there and is not submitted to anyone but Jesus, but
neither was William J. Seymour of Los Angeles and he changed the
world as we know it today.

& WIFE ARE JUST ONE OF THOUSANDS WHO HAVE BEEN HEALED OF HIV
POSITIVE AND AIDS

LAGOS, NIGERIA – We had heard that the medical evidence for the
healings at the church were falsified and had been created to deceive.
Editor Jerrell Miller took time to review the evidence of the healings
at the Synagogue Church and found things to be in order. It was during
the last two days at the church he took time to review the evidence of
the incredible healings were reviewed at that time also. He also meet
with the people who were involved in the healings.
I
witnessed many people with proof positive of their healings with
medical documents in hand but the real story is the many thousands who
have been healed in the church over the last few years. In Pensacola
the story was all about Father’s Day, you see God wanted to show He
had a better way to deal with abortion and that was to establish a
revival on Father’s Day there for the fathers to repent and come to
their responsibility. The Father’s Day Outpouring in Pensacola
overshadowed the killing of the abortion doctors at the clinics there
-- now Pensacola is more known for revival than the shooting of those
doctors.
I
think God is making the same statement in the country of Nigeria. With
a population of 190 million people, the AIDS epidemic is at its peak
in this country. All the way through the countries of Africa the only
thing moving faster than the Islamic movement is the epidemic of AIDS.
There is a battle of belief in this country and the battle is being
shifted to the Christian side by the move of God at the Synagogue
Church in Lagos. God is moving there and he is using a man named T.B.
Joshua. In midst of despair thousands of native Nigerians and many
other people are coming from the other countries in this area because
they have heard there is a cure of Aids at the Synagogue Church in
Lagos.
For those who think these documents are forgerys
please look closely at the evidence of this one document held by Dr.
Geoffrey Tirelo.

Were Healed Of HIV Positive
On
Monday Miller spoke with a medical doctor and his wife who had
contacted the HIV-1 positive virus while he worked as a staff
physician in government hospital in Botswana. Dr. Geoffrey Tirelo
released his private medical records to The Remnant for personal
review.
The reason that
Dr. Tirelo found out that he was HIV positive was that he wanted to
have children and while he and his wife was being checked, the
standard blood test revealed that they were both HIV-positive. "I
was shocked to find out we were both HIV-positive. I had not lived a
clean life and neither had my wife. I knew my life-style of
promiscuity introduced this disease into our lives. You would think a
doctor would have known better but when the report came back we were
devastate. We had some friends who told us about the Synagogue Church
in Lagos and the man of God there T.B. Joshua. I knew as a doctor
there was very little chance for a medical cure so my wife and I made
plans to fly to Nigeria and visit the church in November. No one can
be prayed for at the church for HIV positive or Aids without a
government slip from an official health agency stating that the virus
or the disease is active in your body. Both Balang and I took the
results of our test that was done on November 27, 2001 to the church
so we could be prayed for."
On
November 27, 2001 Dr. Geoffrey and his wife Balang were tested at in
Gaborone, Botswana. On November 28 they arrived at the Synagogue,
Church in Lagos to attend the prayer meeting there. The fourth
Wednesday of every month at the Synagogue Church a massive prayer
rally is held there for every manner of sickness. This would be the
day that the Tirelos would remember for the rest of their lives. It
would just not be a place of healing but it would be a place of
salvation for their own personal lives. Early in the morning like so
many who had gone before them — they lined up at the gate to enter
the processing area for those who are diseased at 6 AM in the morning.
With the accurate diagnosis of HIV positive, they were both admitted
and recorded in the records of the church on November 28, 2001 as a
candidate for healing in the main service. On the poster board
Geoffrey and his wife Balang held in their hands was the disease and
the sins that were in their lives. Adultery, fornication, lying were
listed on their poster board as the service started.
These three pieces of paper are the before and
after records of the healing of Balang Tirelo, the wife of
Dr.Geoffrey Tirelo with another proof of healing from a private
clinic in Botswana.
As the service began they were sitting
in the section of people with the HIV-positive cases and the active
Aids patients who had come for the touch of God. The amazing thing
about the Synagogue Church is that these services are video taped and
the prayer over Geoffrey and Balang was recorded. As Prophet T.B.
Joshua started down the long line of HIV victims he asked the doctor
and his wife to verbally speak about his sins and
then he asked him to repent. As the power of God swept over the two
the prophet said, "Go now and sin no more." This is as
simple as it gets during the healing services of the church as Prophet
Joshua has prayed over thousands this way – while many are
documented cases a ministry spokesman for the church said the numbers
of HIV and AIDS healings run into the thousands by now. As the
Trielo’s returned home they were both tested at a clinical lab at
Princess Marina Hospital Gaborone, Botswana and both test resulted in
HIV - negative. The clinic where they were tested is funded by the
United States of America and is located in Gaborone, Botswana. The
power of God had touched both of them and they were totally free from
the virus. They had come back to be prayed for by the prophet so
they could reverse the process of infertility in their lives. Dr.
Geoffrey and his wife Balang is just one of thousands of cases of HIV
positive and AIDS that were healed at the Church
of the Synagogue in Lagos, Nigeria. If anyone questions the
records represented here of Dr. Geoffrey Tierlo and his wife the
church is able to secure the more records of 60 more people from the
University of Lagos Hospital and if needed 100's of more people.

A New Realm of Glory
MOBILE, AL -- After ministering in
Hurley, Mississippi Editor Jerrell Miller is putting together one of
the most important publications of his life. He visited Lagos,
Nigeria and came back on Wednesday July 31 with a totally different
perspective on the things he witnessed. All this week
the editor will review every day that he was there. The
powerful truth of the Synagogue Church has not been represented
fairly and has been a target of religious leaders of that country.
No America reporter has ever visited the Synagogue Church until
Editor Miller of The Remnant went there last week.
Miller said this
about the Synagogue Church and T. B. Joshua, "I believe what I
saw at the church will change revival and the church as we know it
today. T.B. Joshua is a man much like William Seymour of Los
Angeles in the early part of the last century. This
story demands justice - for six days I saw the glory and the power
of God as more than a hundred people showed me their medical reports
of the before an after of their healings. After looking at
these documents and talking with trained medical doctors and
also local University Hospital records in Lagos, Nigeria I
have found that everything I have read about this church has been
totally inaccurate and false. I went to Nigeria a little
fearful of what I was going to see, but now I am convinced that this
man Prophet T.B. Joshua has went through a door many Pentecostal
minsters have never been through. Joshua is just like William
Seymour -- he has went father than any modern day Pentecotsl
preacher and has paid the price for being there."

LAGOS, NIGERIA -- On Tuesday I sat in a room of 60 people that have
been healed of HIV positive and full blown aids. Was it my
imagination, was the medical evidence there? It wasn't my imagination
and the medical evidence was there as 60 people held up slips of paper
saying that they were diagnoses with HIV positive and some saying that
they had contracted the full disease of Aids.
The Remnant
spent five days at the Synagogue Church in Lagos, Nigeria and the
evidence is too heavy. Prophet T.B. Joshua has walked through a
door that few Pentecostal Ministers have ever been through. This
was just a few of the recordings of miracle healings at the church.
No Hospital on the face of the earth could gather together 60 people
that have been healed at their facility but at the Synagogue Church on
Tuesday afternoon of this week their were sixty verified testimonies
of healing.
NOTHING BUT REPENTANCE AND HEALING AT
SYNAGOGUE CHURCH IN LAGOS, NIGERIA
The
Remnant International had been led to believe by other sources of
ministry that this church was a cult and had deceived many people, but
what we found out was that this church is like no other church on the
face of the earth. At Synagogue Church in Lagos, Nigeria is a
serious move of God that deals with sin and repentance. Through
service after service while we were their we saw the evidence of
thremendous salvations through the healing hand of God. The
Prophet T.B. Joshua said, "I can't heal a person I am just
obedient to the will of God and what he wants to do at this moment.
I will tell you this that no man can work under this type of anointing
without the holiness of God. This is a level of God that has to
be maintained by walking in the grace and forgiveness of God.
Jesus does the work here, I'm just the delivery boy."

T.B. Joshua.
